The firm Ilirika Real Estate is a part of the group Ilirika with offices and activities in Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Serbia and Macedonia, in which countries offers both local and foreign clients the services in the field of the capital market, strategic investments, corporate finance, tourism and the real estate market.
Our knowledge of regional markets and the direct presence in all countries of the region enables us to transfer to our clients' local knowledge and information, while our position of a private and independent brokerage firm enables us to focus on special segments and to give the advantage to the interests of the clients.
On the end of year 2009. we managed the assets of 67 mil. euro. We charge fee according to price list normed by The Croatian Chamber of Economy, whose member we are.
